We loved the hotel's prime location, only a short walk away from the popular nightlife spot, and the friendly staff who catered to our needs with a smile. Additionally, the hotel's gym and pool areas were well maintained and offered a enjoyable experience.

Enjoyed my thanksgiving stay at this hotel. The complementary pies and cider were a sweet touch. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The spacious rooms were a plus and the beds were super comfortable.
Housekeeping needs improvement. Found a dirty towel on the bathroom floor and the pillows had makeup stains on them. The walls were a bit thin, heard some noise from neighboring rooms.

Great location and welcoming staff, but that's about it. The room had a nice view of a famous landmark and a convenient fridge.
Unfortunately, our experience was not very pleasant. The room was noisy and the bathroom was not clean. The hallway noise was unbearable and the bathroom showed signs of wear and neglect. The restaurant on the rooftop was overpriced, and the hotel overall didn't live up to our holiday expectations.

Our Easter stay was enjoyable with great complementary coffee in the lobby and free wifi throughout the hotel. The location was perfect with easy walking access to the ballpark and other major attractions.
We were disappointed that breakfast was not included in the room rate and the valet attendants were sometimes unfriendly and unprofessional.

Clean hotel in a nice building short walk to the stadium. Brand-new room with a king sized bed, ideal location in the West tower. Rooftop bar in the venue. The pool area is nice too. Easy parking nearby.
